I like this a lot, think it's the composition and the colour combination that makes it work.
Chris Macnamara: Personally I like the blackness. Thanks.
Wow! Very dramatic. Well done.
Chris Macnamara: Hey Red Pen, welcome back, and thanks!
I like the way the feet appear to float in the air. With the gray and white tones, it could almost be an underwater shot. This suggests all kinds of interesting stories...
Chris Macnamara: Oddly, the rest of the statue below has a watery theme, but I just wanted those feet.

Love the webb!! Nice shot
Chris Macnamara: Cheers Tracy. I tried to get as much as I could against the black background.
I always enjoy your statue pics. Love the cobwebby toes and your title!
Chris Macnamara: Statue?? Thoes are my own cobwebby toes, thankyou! wink
I like this very much! It makes thinking about so many things, emotions, situations... example when I was a kid playing with my feet... Congratulations. Regards, Laurence
Chris Macnamara: Glad it moved you in some way Laurence

Excellent composition and contrasts of colour.

I find it humorous as well. While some people suffers from athletes foot this person obviously suffers from spider web.

In a way it reminds me of how I had to hold the yarn while grandma rolled it.
Chris Macnamara: You held yarn with your toes? Very clever wink
