photoblog image ...drinks it like lemonade!

...drinks it like lemonade!

The title is a reference to my lovely wife.

She won't drink "ordinary" bubbly, just the "nice stuff". Fine for millionnaires, not so for a lowly pension consultant!

But it does provide a nice picture, I think.

Gorgeous! I love it, and will add to my likeys. Cheers to your wife's good taste.
Chris Macnamara: Well, she chose me, didn't she?
It provides an excellent picture...went into my likeys before I commented!
Chris Macnamara: Glad you enjoyed it Bridge. Thanks.
Chris, you are sure that these corks are of lemonade? LOL, I believe that they are of "cava" or "champagne"wink Nice photo!
Chris Macnamara: Cava??? Never, unless in Barcelona, and having sangria made with cava! Veuve Clicquot only for her.

Lovely close-up shot - good use of extreme depth of field.
Chris Macnamara: This was the kind of thing I got my first dSLR to do. I overuse this technique all the time wink
DOF off the hook. Well done
Chris Macnamara: Thanks Shakara!

It's a BETTER THAN NICE pic, Chris. I love especially the orange...and the DOF. smile

By chance is your wife a Libra? Both my kids are (grown adults) and they want the absolute best of everything, no matter what it costs!!!
Chris Macnamara: Leo. But she does seem to have the traits your children do.
Great shot - love the colour and the DOF.
Chris Macnamara: Thanks Bernie.
A woman after my own heart, your wife! You can't compromise on bubbly! I think this is a great picture - I love the subject matter (obviously!) and the treatment. The depth of field works really well.
Ingrid
Chris Macnamara: Thanks Ingrid. She has become a bit of an authority on the subject. Obviously, I just agree.
Glug, glug, glug! Nothing like a good bottle of bubbly, or three. Nice shot! Love the colour. (:o)
Chris Macnamara: Cheers Rosalyn. That's exactly what she says too.
